The journey designed by Victoria was beautifully poetic, melodic, and handcrafted with such care. Every detail evoked one of the senses – sight, touch, sound – in ways that created harmony, bringing a sense of peace and ease for the journey. The journey itself was deep. Thought-provoking. Before Victoria, I built up a wall inside to block off any painful memories. My definition of being strong was to deeply bury layers of feeling. I was so busy chasing success defined by the outside world that I felt disconnected from who I really am and I could feel that my liveliness was cornered and dwindling.
I wanted to be more authentic to myself. But I didn’t know how. Victoria came recommended by a dear friend who I admire a lot. I almost didn’t sign up because life just kept on getting busier and busier with my venture capital job and my nine year old son. Also the private, walled off me thought it unthinkable to talk about myself openly with a group of strangers. But a voice inside me, that wanted to be helped, was growing stronger than what was holding me back. I wanted to become my own best friend and I wanted to live life to the fullest.

Today, I finally feel rooted in myself. From a place of expansion, security, and self worth, I have freed myself. I am more connected with the emotions inside of me. In retrospect my encounter with Victoria feels like a very happy and divine coincidence. I was given her book Bending Reality by a dear friend at the perfect time in my life and mid-way through it, I decided I wanted to challenge myself and work with her directly. Before Victoria, I felt like I was drowning. I took the Bending Reality Course after reading the book, and I enjoyed this program so much that I joined the Alchemy Journey, and I found that so effective that I’ve signed up for her year-long Mastery program.
Everything that Victoria teaches is measurable. You can track your progress throughout the session. I found the progress I made to be so amazing in the short span of time. Before the Alchemy Journey, I was feeling stuck. I wasn’t thrilled about my work, but I didn’t know what I wanted in its place. I could tell that I had lost touch with aspects of myself when I became a new mom, yet I wasn’t exactly sure what those were or how to reclaim them. Most notably, as a default setting, I let fear dictate what I did and did not do. I liked to assume the worst, in order to be pleasantly surprised by better outcomes. I felt like an imposter when trying to answer a question like, “what does dreaming big look like?”
I signed up for the Journey because I could feel in my bones that this was the thing I wanted to do, and this was the time to do it. More specifically: I wanted to effect change in my life, I wanted to dream bigger, I wanted to step into a higher consciousness. Also, I was deeply curious about what it would feel like to be a part of a group of women, exploring and transforming together.
I had known Victoria for almost 10 years at the point of starting the Journey, and have had the privilege of watching her own transformation over this period–and then seeing her impact on clients. I also knew how committed Victoria is to her life’s work, and how much she cares about every individual she works with. I knew, too, what a phenomenal listener she is, and that she is not afraid to challenge and push her clients.
While it felt scary to invest so much in this group, and in myself, I entered with complete trust in Victoria, in the women she would choose for the Journey, and in myself to show up.
Every week, the needle moved. The trajectory of this Journey is so thoughtful, so each week, I–and all the women in our group–were having breakthroughs, in a way where I would think, “This is the climax”–but then each week, another critical shift would occur.
Some examples: I spent time excavating the past and realized how limiting beliefs and fears from younger years, and from my parents, were shaping me still and having outsized authority on my life. I gained the awareness and tools and confidence to process really hard things from the past–related to relationships with men, to health issues with my child. Now these things no longer seize me with worry or stress.
My husband and I experienced a fundamental shift in our relationship (including physical/ intimate), and now have vocabulary and tools to use to continue to up-level the life we’re building together, and how we support each other. This is not an abstract thing: on a daily basis, I feel that our relationship has taken a different shape; it feels stronger; we communicate better.
Professionally, I am a fundamentally different person. I carry aspirations and confidence; I trust myself. As a result of the Journey, I’m in the middle of a professional transition, shifting out of a company and role that no longer lit me up, and into a new project that I am so excited to throw myself into. Importantly, I don’t feel that I’m running away from something; I really feel that I am running toward something. I’m not exactly sure where the new road leads, but one of the most important things I’ve taken from this journey is the ability to believe.
I sense that I am showing up in my relationships with friends and family differently. I realized during the Journey that if I wasn’t seeing myself clearly, if I wasn’t cherishing and celebrating all of me, then I couldn’t possibly expect others to see and reflect back to me what I wanted. This Journey opened my eyes to what it means to really celebrate, to celebrate life, people, events, myself–and taught me how to make this a natural part of my life.
In short, this experience transformed literally every facet of my life, in ways I didn’t expect, and I am forever grateful to Victoria for the experience she curated and facilitated. I am also enormously grateful to the women who I journeyed with, and proud, really proud, of myself for having taken this step in my life.

Before Victoria, I felt emotionally and mentally depleted. From an external perspective, most people would have thought that my life was going well and that I was a happy person. Inside I felt trapped and isolated. I had felt this way for the past 20 years but I couldn’t pinpoint exactly why. Overall I felt I had a great life and wondered, why do I feel unfulfilled?

The emotional and mental trap I had been stuck in for years began to impact my physical health. I had experienced about one panic attack a year since 2008 that lasted about 20-30 minutes and then I would feel better. They began to get progressively more intense. In the fall of 2019, I had a panic attack that lasted for over 24 hours in the middle of my trip to a business conference. Mentally I felt strong and was so frustrated that I couldn’t tell my body what to do. It seemed like my body was sabotaging me.
The months following that experience, I became fairly dependent on medication and used it at least a couple of times a week when I sensed that my symptoms were returning. I was so fearful of experiencing a panic attack again. I was unable to fly alone as a result. My husband always had to accompany me.
I had my first one-on-one call with Victoria a few weeks into the program. She conducted a trauma release technique with me and since then, I have not had to take medication and I was able to fly solo soon after. This single improvement has completely transformed my life. For the first time in 20 years, I am experiencing harmony between my mind and my body.
My panic attacks were probably related to my general disregard for my physical, mental and emotional health for many years. I learned to be a high performer in a career that felt utterly disconnected from me. I learned to push myself to achieve financial success and take care of many family members. I learned to ignore my desires and needs for a long time in order to do what I felt I should do.
Today I feel truly free. I am happy and have a strong sense of freedom and agency to direct my future. I have begun to enjoy my current job more – it feels easier and lighter. While I still intend to find another career path, I am at peace with where I am at. I am learning to take care of my body and mind. I am learning to listen to my intuition and to refine my purpose. I have begun to create plans for my next venture and I am consulting my inner truth along the way to create a life and business centered around my heart’s greatest desires.

I can’t help but tell everyone about Victoria, her work and her impact.
